What's your worst Help Desk experience? Whether you were the one making the call or the tech support on the receiving end, tell us your tale of terror.

A woman who always calls our help desk is always very very rude and speaks on the phone as if she has a whip in her hand as she talks.

I was a new hire at the time and knew at least I could calm her down but I was wrong.

Turned out it wasn't the helpdesks fault at all for her being so angry and annoyed all the time.

The moment the computer phone system rotated the calls it was soon my turn to take her call and I did. There was her last name blinking on my phone waiting for me to answer it and it was clear as day as to why she treated us the way she did because she thought nobody would take her serious with a family name like that.
Her last name was "COMEDY" But to make a long story short because of me she legally changed her last name to something else and she has been better for it.

I am new comer to this site. I gathered lot of information. I am very happy to post my comment in this forum.
