Soulard Art Market Photography Invitational May is National Photo Month. In 1987, as recognized by the US Congress, our industry started celebrating May as National Photo Month (NPM). A full 31 days to promote the joy and benefits of photography. The Soulard Art Market is recognizing NPM by exhibiting the photography of 30 local St. Louis area photographers. St. Louis’ Celebrated, One-Ring, European-Style Circus to Perform All New Show in Grand Center, June 5-22 Start: 5:00 pm

This year’s Microfest will take place today (5-9 PM) and tomorrow (noon-6 PM) in the upper Muny parking lot in Forest Park. Friday’s event is internationally themed, featuring 30 beers from around the world; Saturday’s event will showcase craft and microbrews hailing from North America. Vendors from local restaurants will be offering food for purchase on both Friday and Saturday, and live music entertainment will be provided throughout the weekend. Purchase of your ticket includes admission and a tasting glass that allows you to sample 2 oz. tastings from all brewers in attendance. Start: 6:00 pm
