Soulard Art Market Photography Invitational May is National Photo Month. In 1987, as recognized by the US Congress, our industry started celebrating May as National Photo Month (NPM). A full 31 days to promote the joy and benefits of photography. The Soulard Art Market is recognizing NPM by exhibiting the photography of 30 local St. Louis area photographers.
